The Calling Company Ltd is Research First's Christchurch-based outbound call centre. Offering interviewing, customer follow-up, mystery caller and Customer Satisfaction Measurement (CSM) services, The Calling Company’s aim is to foster partnerships through the provision of affordable, professional service.
The Calling Company is capable of structuring your calling requirements on both small and large scale projects. The Calling Company project team members offer considerable experience in managing calling requirements, with current capacity for 17,000 calls per month. An integrated Quality Control System has been established to ensure you work is completed to auditable, verifiable and robust standards.
All calling centre staff go through rigorous and on-going in-house training. Quality is ensured through random systematic auditing, with 10% of all interviews audited via a remote monitoring system. The Calling Company’s remote monitoring station allows the quality control team to listen in on the live interviews as well as recording details in digital format.
