Some feel-good psychology this Christmas

Matthew Warren (British Psychological Society) has released a blog that is an uplifting read for this most wonderful time of the year.

This is a counterpoint to a gloomy article from last year "ten psychology findings that reveal the worst of human nature". This festive season Warren has flipped the story, enlightening us with 10 Psychology Findings That Reveal The Better Side Of Humanity.

So in the spirit of Christmas and good will to all, we thought we should share this around – it may also help with a few of those New Year resolutions!
