Jacquie Hayes

General Manager

As the General Manager, Jacquie is responsible for the seamless delivery of service to our clients and the development of capability across all facets of the the agency to deliver that service.

Jacquie has an esteemed career in the public sector and is well recognised for her strategic and implementation capability within the area of organisational change management and people growth to improve not only engagement but financial performance. Of particular note, is her leadership of the design and national delivery of the Department of Inland Revenue’s Community Compliance Group.

In addition to her responsibilities as General Manager, Jacquie advises clients on service design improvements within organisations to deliver a better employee experience.
