Rachel has more than 15-years’ experience in brand, communications and engagement research in the United Kingdom and, more latterly, in New Zealand.

Rachel has particular expertise in market segmentation, market scoping and sizing and price sensitivity modelling, with sector specialisms in retail, philanthropy and sport. As a previous partner of London-based research agency HPI Research, Rachel was instrumental in the establishment of the HPI Proactive Research Hub - the sports arm of HPI – utilised by Olympic success stories Swim England and England Athletics along with London Sport in their development of the globally renowned active workforce strategy plan.

Rachel has also been the brainchild behind Research First’s Charities Monitor – a proprietary research tool that looks at New Zealanders’ propensity to give, to whom and how frequently.
