Customer Operations Manager

Steve recently joined Research First in the role of Customer Operations Manager, overseeing the call centre and field operations arm of the business. He brings a wealth of experience in leading outbound and inbound contact centres and in the management of data collection to inform both policy and commercial decisions.

Throughout his career, Steve has held senior positions in analytics and operations across numerous Government agencies, most recently with Stats NZ where he held the position of senior manager for the Contact Centre, Planning, Performance and Insights within the data collection branch.

Steve’s outstanding leadership capability is well acknowledged by many as the x-factor in high performing, target oriented, contact centre teams.
